I wanted to add DSR line to my USB to TTL
programmer. it is based on the PL2303 and it quite easy to do . After
the modification you will be able to program the Arduino without having
to hold the Reset button.

There is this 3.3V extra pin that we don't need , Let convert it to DTR line.
The DTR line reside on pin number 2, we'll make a jumper , right after we cut the 3.3V trace.
The 100nF need to be in series with the DTR output to generate the right timing for the Arduino ,we can recycle the coupling capacitor for this.
